A full day with a car and driver in Singapore usually costs between S$500 and S$900 for a sedan or MPV, before any surcharge. The hourly rate is only part of the price. You also need to know the minimum booking, what happens if you run 20 minutes over, and whether ERP, parking, and GST are added on top. We compared ten providers on those details.
In short
- Hourly Chauffeur Singapore is our top-scoring pick. Every hourly rate is published, and each one includes ERP, fuel, tolls, parking and GST.
- MySingaporeDriver is the better choice for a day that won’t go to plan, or a group bigger than an MPV. It has the widest vehicle range and an optional tour guide, with unlimited stops and no waiting fees inside the booked hours.
- Booking by the hour is not always cheaper than separate rides. It costs more, but the same car waits for you, keeps your bags, and adjusts if your schedule changes.
For most visitors, the best full-day car-with-driver service in Singapore is Hourly Chauffeur Singapore. You book a car and driver by the hour from S$95 for a sedan (3-hour minimum), and the rate already includes ERP, fuel, tolls, parking and GST, so an 8-hour day costs S$760 with nothing added. MySingaporeDriver is the stronger choice for a changing schedule, a large group, or a sightseeing day with a guide, starting at SGD 65 an hour (for their most economical vehicle). The trade-off: Hourly Chauffeur Singapore needs 48 hours’ notice, and MySingaporeDriver doesn’t publish what its hourly rate includes.

How we score each provider
We scored every provider out of 100 on what it publishes about booking a car and driver for a full day. We used only each provider’s own website, checked on 21 October 2026.
| Criterion | Weight | What earns a high score |
| Full-day flexibility | 30% | Unlimited stops, waiting included, extensions on the day, help planning the hours and route |
| Vehicle range | 20% | Sedans through to coaches, plus accessible vehicles |
| Rates published | 20% | An hourly rate for every vehicle, not just a starting price |
| What’s included | 15% | ERP, parking, fuel, tolls and GST stated as included or extra |
| Minimums, overtime and cancellation | 15% | Clear minimum hours, overtime rules, change and cancellation terms |
| Total | 100% |
How to read the scores
A higher score means you can plan and budget the day from the provider’s own site. A lower score usually means the information isn’t published yet, so you’ll get it in a quote instead. The score doesn’t rate the driving or the cars.

Hourly Chauffeur Singapore wins on price clarity: every rate is published and all-in. MySingaporeDriver scores highest on flexibility and vehicle range, but its hourly page publishes only a starting rate and doesn’t say what’s included.
Recommended full-day services, ranked.
1. Who should book Hourly Chauffeur Singapore?
Good fit when you want the full price confirmed before you book.
Hourly Chauffeur Singapore does only hourly bookings, and its pricing is the easiest to read on this list. Every fare includes ERP, fuel, tolls, parking and GST. An 8-hour day in an Executive Business Sedan costs S$760 (8 × S$95), and the extras are also published: child seats S$20 each per trip, late-night trips from S$20, and 30% to 150% more during peak and event periods. Overruns get a 15-minute grace period, then round up to the next hour. Its listed uses include golf days, property viewings, cruise stopovers and family days out in a van.

- Golf, property viewing or shopping days with long waits at each stop

2. Who should book MySingaporeDriver?
Good fit for a day you can’t plan to the minute, with a group of any size.
MySingaporeDriver hourly chauffeur service books a dedicated car and chauffeur for the hours you choose. The driver handles every pickup and drop-off and waits between stops, so you don’t have to rebook. No limit on stops, and no waiting fee during the booked hours. If you run over, you get 15 minutes’ grace before the next hour is charged, and you can extend on the day if a car is free. Rates start at SGD 65 an hour for its most basic vehicle, with a 3-hour minimum (4 hours for field buses and Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans).
Its vehicles run from executive and first-class sedans and MPVs to 9-seat minibuses, 14-seat coasters, 40-seat field buses and wheelchair-accessible minibuses. If you’re not sure how many hours to book, it will look at your itinerary and suggest a duration and vehicle. For a sightseeing day you can add a licensed tour guide, charged separately at SGD 75 an hour.
Good fit
- Business visitors with meetings whose end times aren’t fixed
- Families or groups who need a bigger vehicle than an MPV
- Days that mix meetings, shopping and a few hours of sightseeing
Not ideal

6. Who should book Singapore Chauffeur Service?

Hourly rates match the published market (S$95 sedan, S$110 MPV, 3-hour minimum), and ERP, fuel, tolls and parking are included. It also offers monthly plans for long stays. Free cancellation runs up to 48 hours before pickup, with one free change up to 12 hours before.

Good fit
- A full day split between Singapore and Johor Bahru
- Families heading to Legoland Malaysia
Not ideal
- Larger groups, with only two vehicle types listed
- Buyers who want inclusions and cancellation terms in writing: neither was on the pages we checked
Is an hourly chauffeur better than separate transfers for a day with several stops?
It depends on how long you’ll spend at each stop. Separate point-to-point rides usually cost less. An hourly booking costs more, but the car waits for you, your bags stay inside, and you don’t need to rebook if a meeting runs late.
A worked example from published rates: a day with five stops between 09:00 and 17:00.
| Option | How it works | Cost |
| Five point-to-point rides | Airport Transfer Singapore city transfers from S$85 each | From about S$425, plus waiting for each car |
| 8 hours, sedan | Hourly Chauffeur Singapore, S$95/hr all-in | S$760 |
| 8 hours, Premium MPV | Airport Transfer Singapore, S$85/hr all-in | S$680 |
Book by the hour when:
- Your stops are shorter than about an hour, so you’d wait for a new car at each one.
- You’re carrying bags, samples or shopping you don’t want to take into every stop
- Meeting times may change during the day.
Book separate rides when:
- You have two or three stops with long gaps between them.
- You’re travelling light and timing doesn’t matter much.
How many hours should I book?
Count your stops, allow about an hour for each including the drive, and add 30 minutes of slack. Then round up to the provider’s minimum.
- 3 to 4 hours: a morning of two or three meetings, or a half-day of sightseeing
- 6 hours: a business day with lunch in between, or a sightseeing day with a long lunch
- 8 to 10 hours: a full day with an evening dinner, or a day trip around the island
Overbooking by an hour usually costs less than overtime billed at the next full hour, but check how the provider handles overtime. Singapore Chauffeur Service bills in 15-minute steps. MySingaporeDriver and Hourly Chauffeur Singapore give a 15-minute grace period, then charge the next hour.
How we chose and ranked
We reviewed each provider’s own website on 30 October 2026. We checked NLT Limo on 7 October 2026. We reviewed hourly rates, minimum hours, inclusions, overtime, vehicle ranges, and booking terms.
Questions to ask before you book a full day
- Is ERP, parking, fuel and GST included in the hourly rate, or added at the end?
- What is the minimum booking, and does it change for larger vehicles?
- How is overtime billed: by the full hour, or in 15-minute steps after a grace period?
- Can the booking be extended on the day, and at what rate?
- Is there a late-night, public holiday or event-week surcharge on your date?
- What notice do you need for changes, and when does a cancellation become chargeable?
- Does the rate cover trips to the island’s edges, or into Malaysia?
- Do you need a child seat or wheelchair access, and is there a charge?
